      You can update or modify your cleaning plan to match your hectic schedule, tight budget, and cleaning demands because we operate on a no-contract basis.

  • We make every effort to send the same staff to clean your house each time because we think its crucial, and we will do whatever in our power to make that happen. If one of your team members is not present, wIll make every effort to find a suitable replacement. To ensure that the caliber of our work is consistently high, all of our residential housekeepers go through intensive training.

  • We’re permitted to take tips even when they are not anticipated. Some of our customers choose to leave a small tip at the conclusion of each service, while others leave a sizable tip at the end of the calendar year. Additionally, you can post a review on Facebook or our website. Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. We enjoy learning that our labor is valued. To inform us of the amount you would want to tip each cleaner, kindly phone the office.

  • All fees must be paid by the day of your scheduled maintenance. 

    • Cash (If Cleaning Supervisor is present)

    • Make checks payable to Cleaning Time Pro if you decide to send us a check. 

    • Credit/Debit card. There will be an extra 4% credit card fee on top of your cleaning fee if you decide to pay with a credit card.

  • We are aware of how erratic life can be. We advise you to phone at least 24 hours in advance of your next scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Will make every effort to meet your scheduling requirements. A $50 Cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file if the cancellation is requested on the day of service. You won’t ever need to worry about being confined to a cleaning plan thanks to our contract-free system.

  • If one of your regular cleanings falls on a holiday, will get in touch with you and also let you know if there are any additional housekeeping services we can offer you so you can be ready for the impending holiday. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
