Service Agreement Terms.

The Client (“You”, “Your”," “Yours”) agrees to pay Cleaning Time Pro for services by contacting Cleaning Time Pro (“Us”, “We”, “Our” and “Ours”) and asking us to visit your house or other property. Each service is offered for an hourly rate or a set charge that is discussed during the consultation. Due to changes in the economy or additional services offering any cleaning, flat fees are subject to modification. Within 30 days, notice shall be given. We make our services available to you subject to your acceptance without change to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (the “Terms”). Your acceptance of all such Terms is implied from your usage of our services. Please take the time to thoroughly read these terms, and keep a copy of them for your records.

Objects We Clean

To learn more about what we clean, kindly consult our website and office personnel. Any unusual requirements or regions must be thoroughly and accurately discussed with our office before arrival. There will be a set time for the beginning of recurring services. All appointment times are estimates; One Time cleaning makes no start timing promises. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if your cleaner is more than 30 minutes late. 

Our Cleaners

Our goal is to make sure that every member of our staff is dependable, discrete, and honest, thus we only utilize cleaners who are familiar to us and/or have positive recommendations. If your selected cleaner is ever unavailable, we will make every effort to replace them.

Access to Home

We will require a key or door code to enter your property. The appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be given if we are unable to enter your home on the day of service or are turned away at the door on that day.

Holidays

We will get in touch with you in advance to discuss rescheduling if your cleaning day falls on a significant holiday.

Skips Cancel

We reserve your home cleaning spot exclusively for your home and won’t reserve another home in your place! If you skip or cancel with less than an hour’s notice during business hours we will charge a 100% cost. If you give us enough notice, we can arrange for our technicians to clean a different house during the time you requested. To maintain your house on a regular schedule, we will reschedule you for our next opening if you or anyone in your family is ill. Since the job was quoted based on a shorter time frame between cleanings, skipping a regular cleaning cycle would result in an additional fee of $50 for extra build-up during your subsequent cleaning.

Comfort

 On the day you have your house cleaned in the summer, kindly keep the air conditioning on. I’m grateful. In the winter, a house needs to be heated. 

Payment Procedure

Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept checks, cash, Cash-App, Zelle, and/or EFT payments in addition to all major credit cards. American Express and Master Card and Visa debit cards. You can be added to our cleaning schedule once the credit card or debit card information is saved. Upon completion of the cleaning, we charge cards. Late Payments/Collections In addition to any applicable NSF fees or collection costs, non-payment and/or refused cards may incur service fees of 2.9% per month. Employees of Cleaning Time Pro may be in-house staff members or external contractors.

Damages 

Cleaning Time Pro disclaims all liability for any harm or misdeeds committed by the independent contractor. Unless it can be demonstrated that the firm’s cleaners were to blame for the damage or loss, the customer indemnifies the company for any loss or damage to the property. 

Abuse of Terms 

You recognize and acknowledge that during the term of this agreement, You shall not knowingly enter into a working relationship directly with any Cleaning Time Pro contractor other than through Cleaning Time Pro and that, should you violate these Terms by knowingly hiring a Cleaning Time Pro contractor for private employment on an individual basis, you shall pay a $2,500 finders fee.

Communication

Please contact the office for scheduling, service adjustments, etc. Contact us via phone (904-962-4486) or email cleaningtimepro@gmail.com,(not the tech). Our labor is warranted. Please call or email us within 24 hours if you are ever dissatisfied with your cleaning so we may return and make it right within 48 hours. If the cleaning was not done properly, we need to visually inspect the areas and make corrections. If we are unable to inspect the cleaning or return to correct it within 48 hours, we do not issue refunds. I appreciate you being so understanding.

24-Hour Guarantee

Cleaning Time Pro offers a 24-hour guarantee for all of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service we provided, please let us know within 24 hours and we will send a team back to address any concerns you have. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to ensuring that your cleaning experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Equipment/Supplies

Please ensure that each bathrooms have a toilet bowl brush to prevent spreading germs throughout the house, please keep one in each of your bathrooms. Each technician will have toilet brushes accessible if you don’t have one. Vacuums you commit to supply a reliable, functional vacuum for continuous, regular use in your home. Cleaning is expected to cause some wear and tear, and Cleaning Time Pro is not liable for any harm resulting from routine vacuuming. We can give you advice on the best hard surface vacuums to use for effective cleaning. Each technician will have a Vacuum cleaner accessible if you don’t have one.

Pets

We love our pets! But if your pet poses a threat or causes a disturbance, please secure it. The best course of action is to kennel an animal if you are unsure of how it will respond to visitors coming into your home while you are away. Techs are not allowed to enter a house with an animal they are uncomfortable with. We don’t tidy up after ill or injured pets or after pets have tracked dirt back onto the floor after mopping. Except when requested, we don’t change or clean litter boxes. If a cat, dog, or other pet injures our contractor, the animal will be reported; staff members It will be necessary to get vet documents right away and to go to the doctor.

Safety 

The residences must ensure the technicians’ visits and must provide a secure setting for their work. No standing on countertops, no climbing higher than a two-step stool, and no holes in the floorboards. We lack the tools necessary to remove substantial grease or fire damage, bug infestations, or bodily fluids. Our employees will leave or remove a person or place if they do not feel safe there. Yelling, calling people names or any other hostile or humiliating behavior is not acceptable on our team. Any firearms should be locked away and concealed. For us to clean, there must be electricity and running water.

Incomplete Areas

We can sweep out unfinished spaces like basements or garages if requested or agreed upon beforehand, but we do not thoroughly clean or hand wipe this area. Breakage we try our hardest to prevent, but because we detest it when it happens. Except during a full cleaning, we never dust china cabinets, curio cabinets, or shelves of glassware. You are responsible for notifying us if there is anything too valuable or delicate that you DO NOT WANT US TO DUST OR TOUCH. Every home contains some items that are accidents waiting to happen (pictures not hung securely, top-heavy items with unstable bases, items already broken and gently set back together but not secured). As we are not liable for anything breaking into your home.

Pricing every year

We will review our charges and prices, and we’ll let you know of the increase. The initial cost may vary depending on service or household lifestyle changes. Advertising Services Customers who make a service reservation using a promotional code are not eligible for a refund, but they are still able to cancel and obtain credit for another service of like value. Services Offered by Providers Occasionally may change. If a two-cleaner service is booked and we are unable to deliver two cleaners due to availability, we will send out one cleaner and double the time purchased to finish the task. You consent to the service by permitting the service provider to clean your home, and you understand that a single cleaner will finish the job of two cleaners in double the time or less if they can do so quickly purchased cost.

Durational Delays

There is a chance that service providers will be late due to factors beyond our control. Your service will be delayed if a service provider is running behind schedule. Any attempt to modify your scheduled appointment once your service provider has left the office or arrived on-site will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be in effect.

Additional Hours Fees

All Airbnb's five (5) bedrooms or more are provided an automatic 5-hour reserve time. Cleaning Time Pro understands some guest(s) will not always leave the premises in their original state. If additional hours are needed, the property manager or the owner will be notified of the severity of damages or any mishap to the property and will incur a $25 fee per additional hour. Regular cleaning is designated for Two (2) hours only. Move-In/Move-Outs timeframe does not apply.

Period

Length of Service Cleaners will make an effort to complete the specified service within the purchased time limit. At the point of sale, each service is explained in full. Your cleaner is not obligated to keep working for you after their allotted time has expired unless you buy additional time or service. Cleaning services can occasionally be delayed by Mother Nature, such as when there is no running water or power. Every regular cleaning is permitted for two hours; if more time is needed, a price of $45 to $55 per hour will be charged for the visit or cleaning. If you need more time, call us at 904-962-4486. Normally, our technicians will let you know if there are any delays. Usually, we advise adding more time than you anticipate being necessary. Any leftover time is nonrefundable if you permit the service provider to leave your home before you have reviewed the completed job. Once a service provider has departed, they are unable to return until more time is paid for.

Contests Chargeback’s

For each payment, you must consent by clicking “I Agree” You must permit us in order for us to charge your card or other Payment Method. As a result, you give up the right to request a chargeback for any reason (aside from fraud) and agree to this chargeback policy. This includes Force Majeure events as described in the terms and conditions. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT, DEBIT CARD, OR PAYMENT METHOD ON THE WEBSITE, YOU WON’T FILE A CHARGEBACK. You consent to file for a Return or Cancellation rather than a Chargeback if you want to contest an order or charge. If you begin a chargeback for a transaction that was authorized by you, another cardholder, or chargebacks. You acknowledge that we may use any method, including but not limited to recharging your card or Payment Method or having the money collected by a collection agency, to recover the amount of the Chargeback. You acknowledge and accept that if you file a chargeback with a payment method provider for a good or service that you have received but have not yet been paid for. If you are successful in recovering the disputed monies that we otherwise owed to us, we shall use all reasonable efforts to show the payment method provider proof that you received the product or service. We reserve the right to contest any Chargeback in our sole discretion using any method, including but not limited to using outside debt collection agencies. In this case, we will be able to recoup the collection costs. Additionally, we reserve the right to send you a bill for any goods or services we’ve sold and delivered to you. You hereby agree that if a Chargeback dispute is filed, you will pay the invoice or charge in full. We will seek all legal and equitable remedies allowed by law if you fail to make the proper payment. You acknowledge and agree that We will be entitled to recover any Chargeback imposed on Us by a Payment Method Provider or third parties, plus any associated fees, fines, expenses, or penalties, as well as any processing or other fees of any kind incurred by us on those Chargeback’s, by the terms of this Agreement. in addition to any other amounts that may be owed under this agreement. By debiting your account or offsetting them against any debt you owe us, we may be able to recoup these costs. When contesting a chargeback, you consent to work with us when we ask to look into your transaction about the chargeback. You consent to work with us and give us all information we need to look into and/or dispute a Chargeback. Such requests will be sent to the email address you give us, and unless another time frame is mentioned in the request, you must respond fully to the request within fourteen (14) days. Even if the Website or Our Products or Services are no longer available to you for any reason, we will still be able to contest and get your chargebacks refunded (and, where relevant, from any party who has provided Us with a guarantee or security relating to your obligations under this Policy). Client referral awards are available; if interested, please inquire about the current reward.
